Nina Glarvey – Registered Manager

 

Nina set up All Seasons Home Care in 2005 with the aim of improving the quality of care provision in the Carlisle area. Over the following 10 years, Nina has developed what many now see as the leading care organisation in the area, with a strong reputation for excellence in the provision of care. Nina prides herself in ensuring that whatever the size of All Seasons Home Care, it remains loyal to its roots, which is to treat all of its clients and staff with the upmost respect, providing care that a client would expect and more importantly deserves.

 

Nina is often seen in the office with her sidekick, Charlie, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who has become the office’s sleeping mascot.

 

Michael Glarvey – Business Development Manager

 

Having worked on a part time basis with All Seasons Home Care 2005, Michael became a full time member of the support team in 2014. Michael’s role is to ensure that the support and business functions of All Seasons Home Care run smoothly and allow the business to do what it does best, provide high quality care. Michael brings with him experience of working in large multinational organisations and the UK criminal justice system.

 

Clair Jones – Human Resources Manager

 

Clair, daughter of Nina and sister of Michael, joined All Seasons Home Care in 2008 as a Carer. Having quickly established herself in the career she progressed on to become one of the organisations Senior Carers, before going on to do a level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care. In recent years Clair has moved to the role of leading the recruitment and retention of our valuable employees ensuring that all our staff are trained to a high standard. Clair has ensured that despite All Seasons Home Care being in an industry that regularly struggles with staff retention, All Seasons Home Care continues to maintain a very high retention rate.

 

Sue Scott – Office Manager

 

Known to many as the voice of All Seasons Home Care (Sue’s soothing voice is heard on All Seasons Home Care telephone welcome message).  Sue started life with All Seasons Home Care as a carer in 2011. However, it was clear early on that she had a real skill for organising, moving to a part time role in the office.  Sue then became the full time office manager in 2014 and has led the growth of our support team from 3 to 8 people.  Sue’s background in care is still evident in her caring management style with a wonderful approach to ensuring that both staff and clients remain happy.

 

Natasha Sword – Rota administrator

 

Natasha joined All Seasons Home Care in 2012 as a young apprentice. Quiet yet clearly talented in her early days, Natasha remained with All Seasons Home Care following her apprenticeship where she has grown as both a person and an employee. Not the quiet young girl anymore, she has become an integral part of the team and in 2014 was promoted to Rota Administrator, responsible for the 6000 hours of care that All Seasons Home Care delivers every month.

 

Wendy Rae – Part Time Administrative Assistant

 

Wendy has been with All Seasons Home Care for several years now as a part time member of the Support Team. Wendy has built up a strong knowledge of how All Seasons Home Care works and is a key member of the team.

 

Kimberley Walsh – Part Time Administrative Assistant

 

Having previously worked as a carer and administrator in healthcare, Kim, who is a recent recruit to All Seasons Home Care, quickly showed she has the knowledge and confidence for dealing with the varying challenges that the care sector provides.

 

Olivia Rowley – Apprentice Administrative Assistant

 

Olivia joined All Seasons Home Care in February 2015 on a 1 year apprenticeship. She has quickly established herself as a key member of the team who has a bright future in the field. Keen to learn and extremely bubbly, Olivia has already built up an excellent rapport with many of All Seasons Home Care carers and clients.
