Nina set up All Seasons Home Care in 2005 with the aim of improving the quality of care provision in the Carlisle area. Over the following 10 years, Nina has developed what many now see as the leading care organisation in the area, with a strong reputation for excellence in the provision of care. Nina prides herself in ensuring that whatever the size of All Seasons Home Care, it remains loyal to its roots, which is to treat all of its clients and staff with the upmost respect, providing care that a client would expect and more importantly deserves.

Clair Jones

Office Manager

Clair, daughter of Nina, joined All Seasons Home Care in 2008. Having quickly established herself in the career she progressed on to be one of the organisations senior carers. Over the last five years she has taken a full time office role and in particular looks after the recruitment and retention of staff and looks after the rota system for staff and clients.
